At Gourmet Quip, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently. Our standard delivery timeframe is between 3 to 5 working days from the date your payment has been successfully processed. Please note that our working days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. To ensure next day delivery, please place your order by 12pm (GMT) on a working day.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase and estimated delivery date. We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For tracking your order, a separate email will be sent with a tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched.

Should there be any unforeseen delays beyond the standard delivery timeframe, we will promptly inform you and offer an update on your order status.
